Subscription terms
Last updated: October 2026. This English version is provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Acceptance
These terms govern registration, the free trial, the POSITROM monthly subscription and access to the chat. By creating an account and ticking the acceptance box, you confirm that you have read these terms, the legal notice, the privacy policy, the cookie policy and the AI notice.
Provider: Black Mamba Systems SL, https://positrom.com, email info@positrom.com.
2. The service
POSITROM is a subscription AI chat with a single plan at €12 per month (taxes as applicable). It includes:
- a personal account;
- access to the chat while the subscription is active, with monthly usage included;
- recurring payment through Mollie (first payment and monthly renewals).
There is a single plan, with no additional tiers. The limitations of the AI system are described in the AI notice.
2.1. 30-day free trial
- When registering, users receive a free trial licence of 30 calendar days with 300,000 free tokens (tokens count the text sent to the AI, including the conversation so far, and the text it answers), at no cost and without payment details.
- The trial ends when the 30 days have passed or the 300,000 tokens have been used, whichever comes first. The chat then stops and the €12/month subscription is offered. There is no automatic charge when the trial ends.
- Only one trial per person and email address is granted. Temporary or disposable email addresses are not accepted. Trials obtained through duplicate accounts or abuse may be cancelled.
- Trial tokens cannot be exchanged for money, do not accumulate and are not transferred to the subscription.
3. Registration and accurate information
You must be 18 or over. A valid email address and a password are enough to register. When subscribing, billing details are requested (name or company name, tax ID or equivalent document and address), which must be accurate. Credentials are personal and non-transferable. Accounts with false data, duplicates or unlawful use may be suspended.
4. Price, payments and renewal
The first €12 payment sets up the mandate and covers the current month. Subsequent payments are charged automatically every month. The paid contract is concluded when Mollie confirms the payment. Payments already made are not prorated unless expressly agreed or required by mandatory law.
If a payment fails, access may be paused until it is settled.
5. Included usage
The subscription includes generous monthly usage designed for everyday work. If it runs out, the chat pauses until the next renewal and nothing extra is ever charged. Unused usage does not carry over.
6. Cancellation and withdrawal
You can cancel the subscription from your account. Cancellation stops future charges; access follows the rules of the period already paid.
If you act as a consumer, you are in principle entitled to withdraw within 14 calendar days of contracting, under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (LGDCU), subject to the legal exceptions where the digital service has been fully performed with your consent and acknowledgement of the loss of that right.
7. Lawful use of the chat
Users must review the outputs and must not use the system for unlawful purposes. The full rules are in the AI notice, which forms part of these terms.
7.1. Prohibited content: nudity, sexual content and minors
On POSITROM it is forbidden to request, generate or share, in text or images and in any language, including through euphemisms, fiction, art or role-play:
- full or partial nudity, sexual, erotic or pornographic content;
- any content that sexualises, eroticises or harms minors or people who appear to be minors.
POSITROM applies automatic filters before and after generation. Blocked requests are not generated and use no tokens, and every attempt is logged (account, date and request text) for review. Attempts involving minors flag the account for review: image creation is disabled and the account and subscription may be suspended without a refund for the current period and, where appropriate, reported to the competent authorities.
Educational, health or child-protection information presented in a non-explicit way is allowed.
8. Liability
The provider is liable as required by law for providing access to the service. It does not guarantee the accuracy of the model's answers or any professional result. Consumer rights are fully respected.
9. Governing law
Spanish law. Jurisdiction: the courts of the consumer's domicile in Spain or, otherwise, those of the provider's registered office. ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
